The RTS Gen 5 OCTO Multiplexer is a compact subsea communications system designed to integrate multiple survey and inspection sensors into an ROV’s existing fiber-optic communications network. Supporting Ethernet, serial data, video, and other communications, the OCTO enables efficient operation of multibeam sonars, positioning systems, cameras, laser scanners, and additional subsea instruments without requiring separate umbilicals.
